The right candidate will have experience within the elevator industry, a strong network of relationships within the region, and a sales pedigree that will allow them to hit the ground running.

This position will be based out of the Liberty Elevator Corporation headquarters at 63 East 24th Street, Paterson, NJ. but the geographic responsibility will be within the NYC Metro territory.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support of the Account Managers and Sales Staff on a daily basis. The sales Coordinator will assist managers throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through discovery, proposal submission and contract fulfillment.
Duties include relationship management, proposal writing, client events coordination, trade show attendance, sales/marketing budget tracking, reporting, and general office support. Candidate will also ensure all inbound inquiries are assigned, tracked and responded to in a timely manner.
This Position will be based out of the Liberty Elevator headquarters, 63 East 24th Street, Paterson, NJ.

Liberty Elevator Corporation is looking for a proven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Paterson, NJ team. This essential role will involve contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments. The candidate will need to manage a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments while exhibiting professionalism and trustworthiness. The Collection Specialist must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Liberty Elevator Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to work directly with the President and Marketing Director of a highly reputable family-owned service provider. The candidate should have experience within a fast-paced office with the ability to take direction yet also be comfortable taking the lead and working in autonomy. This essential position will require an understanding of the methods and practices involved in installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of electric and hydraulic elevators and escalators. An adept attention to detail and impeccable focus on the quality of work will be essential to the success of this role.

Engineering & Project Management

This essential role will be responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are completed in a timely manner, on schedule and within budget while meeting all technical, financial and compliance requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with the internal sales team, Field Superintendents and senior leadership, ensuring that all projects are financially successful as well as meet and exceed all customer expectations.
