The BDA Gives Back
The Business Development Alliance (BDA) spearheaded their 2017 charitable initiative by volunteering their time and service with Community Options, Inc. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at one of their group homes in Butler, NJ.
The BDA, comprised of City Fire, Cooper Pest Solutions, Lawns by Yorkshire, Liberty Elevator Corporation, and Valcourt Building Services partnered with clients and friends to assist Community Options with painting their living room and hallway and planting spring flowers in their garden. The participants not only cultivated friendships but positive sentiments for the home’s residents and employees.
Community Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization that strives to create housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The organization does so through residential services, day programs, social enterprises that employ individuals with disabilities, high school transition programs, and specialized programs for respite and medically fragile adults.
The BDA thanks everyone who donated supplies, time, and energy to this wonderful organization! For more information on Community Options, including volunteer opportunities, please visit: www.comop.org.
